Pricing
Priced by participation.
Pricing is not published yet. ONE-CHAIN is pre-launch, and fees are agreed per engagement after an eligibility conversation. So this page shows what each way of participating includes, not what it costs.
How fees are structured
Three kinds of fee. No figures yet.
Which fee applies depends on how you take part. The amount and basis of each is quoted per engagement, once we understand the instrument or the mandate involved.
Issuance and tokenization fee
Relates to bringing an instrument onto the ledger: recording its terms, issuing it as identity-bound tokens and opening it to the investors who are eligible for it.
Participation and custody fee
Relates to holding a position inside the perimeter: onboarding and eligibility checks, safekeeping of the position, and the servicing of cashflows to it.
Platform licence
Relates to running the perimeter as a dedicated environment for one institution, in place of taking part on the shared one.
What is included
Three ways to take part, side by side.
Investors hold positions. Originators issue and service instruments. An enterprise deployment gives one institution the same perimeter in its own environment. The table shows what each seat can do.

Questions
Before you ask for a quote.
The mechanics behind each answer are set out step by step on the How it works page.
When will pricing be published?
Once the first engagements have been structured and we know the fee model holds up in practice. We are not giving a date. Until then every quote is individual, and it follows a conversation about eligibility and about the instrument or mandate involved.
Who can participate?
Qualified investors — individuals, family offices and institutional allocators who meet the criteria of their jurisdiction — and regulated institutions that originate or arrange instruments. There is no retail access, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities to the public.
What does “permissioned” mean here?
Every participant is identified before they can do anything. Tokens follow the ERC-3643 standard, which binds each one to a verified identity, so there are no bearer instruments: a position can only sit with, or move to, a holder who has been approved and whose eligibility matches the rules written into that instrument.
How does settlement work?
The cash leg is settled through the platform. The instrument is delivered only once the cash has been confirmed, and the settlement reference is recorded against the position.
How is custody handled?
Positions are held under a qualified custody arrangement and kept separate for each holder. You are not asked to manage keys yourself in order to take part. The arrangement is explained in more detail under settlement and custody.
Can a position be transferred before maturity?
Yes, to another approved holder inside the perimeter, as long as the instrument’s own transfer rules allow it and the receiving holder is eligible for it. Being transferable is not the same as being liquid: we do not promise that a buyer will be available.
Who sees what?
Investors see their own positions, the offerings they are eligible for and the documents attached to them. Originators see their own instruments, the holder registry for each and the eligibility status of their investors. A supervisor who has been given observer access can read, not change. Nothing is public. You can switch between the two main seats in the live demo.
